Jessica Alba and Cash Warren Reach Milestone Custody Agreement

Over a year after Jessica Alba filed for divorce from Cash Warren, the former couple has reportedly reached a settlement and finalized arrangements concerning their three children.

According to court documents obtained by People, Alba and Warren will share joint legal and physical custody of their daughters, Honor and Haven, and their son, Hayes. The agreement marks an important step forward for the former couple as they continue navigating life after their marriage.

Alba filed for divorce in February 2025, citing irreconcilable differences. Court documents listed December 27, 2024, as their official date of separation.

Around the time their split became public, Alba shared a statement reflecting on the years she and Warren had spent together. She explained that she had been going through a period of personal growth and transformation, both independently and within their relationship.

Alba also expressed pride in the life they had built together over roughly two decades. While their marriage was ending, she emphasized that they planned to move forward with love, kindness, and respect and would continue to remain a family.

Their children have consistently been the biggest priority for both Alba and Warren, and the new custody arrangement ensures that they will continue sharing parenting responsibilities.

Despite their divorce, Alba and Warren have remained on cordial terms. In June, Alba publicly acknowledged Warren as a father while celebrating Father’s Day with a heartfelt tribute shared to Instagram Stories.

She praised him for being a warm, caring, and present father, describing him as someone who consistently knows how to support their children and make them feel safe. Alba also thanked Warren for being a steady presence in their kids’ lives.

The former couple’s relationship began more than two decades ago after they met while working on Fantastic Four in 2004. Alba starred as Sue Storm in the film, while Warren worked behind the scenes.

They married in Los Angeles in 2008 and welcomed their first child, Honor, the same year. Their second daughter, Haven, was born in 2011, followed by their son Hayes in 2017.

Although their romantic relationship has come to an end, Alba and Warren’s continued cooperation as parents suggests that their focus remains on providing stability for their children. With their settlement and custody arrangements now in place, the former spouses appear to be moving into the next chapter of their lives while maintaining their roles as co-parents.
