Jennifer Aniston is giving fans a glimpse into her summer so far—and into her romance with boyfriend Jim Curtis.
The actress posted an “Incoming summer dumper!☀️❤️🥰 ” crop of photos to her Instagram on July 1, which kicked off with a selfie of Aniston in a car—and Curtis standing just outside it. Other snaps included photos with friends (including famous faces like Naomi Watts and Jason Bateman), dogs, a gorgeous sunset, and a shot of the moon.
Aniston and Curtis, a hypnotherapist, recently marked a major milestone—their one-year anniversary—back in May. To celebrate, Curtis shared a selfie of the Friends star kissing his cheek and wrote alongside the Instagram carousel, “Life lately. Grateful.”
“Jim’s a special guy,” a source told People. “Everyone loves his energy.” The insider added that the couple’s relationship is a “great partnership and makes Jen very happy.”
The pair have made minimal comments about their relationship to the press, but while speaking on Today back in January, Curtis said that they “were just introduced by friends. That’s it. We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat.”
“It took a long time,” he added. “We chatted for a long time, and we became close.”

In a February episode of the podcast “Ced With Intention,” Curtis spoke of Aniston—though not by name. “I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend—we spent a lot of time in the house together,” he said. “So sometimes we can have little things that flare up. We have the opportunity to either be silent or be angry and go leave the house and think about it, meditate, or try and change it. Or we can say, ‘Hey, this is what happened, and I’m sorry.’”
“We’ve had discussions where, before anything bad happens in this situation, ‘Do you need time? Do you need 10 minutes to yourself to think about it?’” Curtis continued. “‘Do you want to get into it immediately? Is it okay if we sleep overnight, or are you the type of person if you go to bed angry it’s painful for you?’”
The Morning Show star made rare comments about Curtis in an interview with Elle late last year, saying that “Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does.”

“He’s quite extraordinary and helps many, many people,” she continued. “He’s very special, very normal, and very kind, and wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation into clarity.” She added, “It’s a beautiful thing to commit your life to.”
The two “have a tight group of friends that they both enjoy spending time with,” a source told People of the couple. “Jen’s very grateful for her life, and Jim came into it at a really good time. Their initial friendship made their relationship feel much more genuine from the start.”
An insider said that “Jen’s always been fine on her own and comfortable being single, but her relationship with Jim is just different.”

“She’s very happy and comfortable,” the source continued. “He’s just so sweet and supportive of her. He makes her everyday life better.”
According to a source speaking to Us Weekly, the two are “inseparable,” and their bond has given Aniston “a sense of stability and peace in her life.”

“Jen is in a good place,” an insider told the outlet, adding that she is “really happy” with Curtis. “It feels like a healthy, grownup relationship, [and] her friends think he’s brilliant.”
