90 Day Fiancé Star Jenny Slatten’s GoFundMe Tops $108K as Fans Rally Behind Her ALS Battle

The 90 Day Fiancé community is coming together in an extraordinary show of support for Jenny Slatten as her heartbreaking battle with ALS continues to progress.

Jenny, who became a familiar face to viewers through her relationship with Sumit Singh on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, has received an overwhelming response from fans after a GoFundMe campaign created to help with her medical expenses crossed the six-figure mark. The fundraiser recently passed $108,000 from more than 2,800 donations, and the total has since climbed even higher. The campaign page currently shows more than $114,000 raised from around 3,000 donors.

For Jenny and Sumit, the donations could not have come at a more difficult moment.

Jenny was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly known as ALS, after experiencing frightening symptoms including changes in her speech, difficulty swallowing and increasing problems with movement. She revealed that she and Sumit learned about the diagnosis in December 2025, following months of worrying health changes.

The diagnosis has been especially painful because Jenny’s father also died from ALS, making the disease deeply personal for her and her family.

Now, her condition has become increasingly difficult.

In a recent update, Sumit explained that Jenny is struggling to speak, walk and maintain her balance. During an emotional video, Jenny reportedly told her husband, “I can’t talk,” highlighting just how dramatically the illness has begun affecting her everyday life.

But the medical battle is only part of the crisis.

Jenny and Sumit are currently living in India, while Jenny hopes to return to the United States for additional medical care. The problem is that Sumit’s attempt to obtain permission to accompany her has faced a devastating setback. Recent reports say his U.S. visa was denied, leaving the couple desperately searching for another way to reunite Jenny with her family and access the care she needs.

The financial pressure is enormous as well. According to the fundraiser, Jenny’s medication alone could cost more than $200,000 for one year, while additional expenses may include mobility equipment, nursing or caregiver support, hospital treatment and other long-term medical needs.

The GoFundMe was created by Jenny’s friend Penny Minincleri in May, shortly after Jenny publicly revealed her diagnosis. The campaign has also faced skepticism online, forcing Jenny and Sumit to defend it publicly and explain why they need financial assistance.

Yet despite the questions, thousands of fans have chosen to stand behind them.

Every donation represents more than money. For Jenny and Sumit, it means help with medical care, greater access to equipment and, perhaps most importantly, the knowledge that they are not facing this terrifying journey completely alone.
