The rest of the carousel offered a more personal look at her weekend. Alba shared several photos and videos of her three children, Honor, Haven, and Hayes. In one sweet snapshot, two of her kids proudly held up ice cream cones, while another video captured her son playing the piano.
The actress also documented some of her own favorite activities. She included clips of herself working out, sitting down to a generous dinner, getting her makeup done, and relaxing outdoors in the sunshine while dressed in workout clothes.
One detail that stood out was Alba’s necklace featuring three letter H charms, a sentimental piece representing her three children.

The carefree update comes during a major period of change in Alba’s personal life. In January, she announced that she was separating from Cash Warren after 16 years of marriage. She officially filed for divorce the following month.
Alba had previously hinted that their relationship had evolved over the years. During an April 2024 appearance on the BDA Baby podcast, she explained that the couple had at times begun to feel more like “roommates,” describing the relationship as one that required continual effort and attention.
Since the split, Alba has reportedly been focused on enjoying her independence and spending more time with friends. According to a source who spoke to Us Weekly, the actress has gone on dates but is not currently committed to anyone in particular.
The source also said Alba has been enjoying going out with her girlfriends, being spontaneous, and embracing the increased attention she has received since the divorce.
